The UK Border Agency has announced that applicants who are residing within UK may not be able to access the Apply Online service due to technical problems on April 26, 2012.
The Agency has advised the clients who are unable to book the appointment through the Apply Online system should wait for some time and then re-try to book the appoint. The Agency further advised not to call the phone line to report the problem which is already in Agency’s notice.
The technical team is trying to resolve the issue at the moment and expect to resume the service to normal levels soon. The Agency has apologised for inconvenience.
The applicants from other countries can still access the system to make the appointments for visa.
The UK Border Agency has started to use the online application system in a number of countries scrapping the paper visa applications.
