Ireland keen to attract foreign tourists

The Irish immigration and tourism authorities have chalked out a policy to attract numerous foreign visitors, especially from Brazil and Russia, by making the country an ideal place for recreation and entertainment.

In a bid to achieve this milestone, the tourism ministry has reserved a huge fund worth of €5 million. This fund is to be spent on ‘The Gathering 2013’, a long term campaign that seeks to hold different sorts of festivals, events and gatherings across the nation.

All the major components of the Irish tourism industry including hoteliers, eateries and entertainment groups have joined hands to make their country a better choice for international tourists.

The purpose to target Brazil and Russia on priority basis is the rapidly growing economies coupled with increasing middle class of these two stats.

Currently, Russia and Brazil possess immense potential to invest in the world tourism market. The Irish are eager to tap this capacity as much as possible.

Along with filling the entire country with colours and tunes, the Irish immigration bosses are also going to ease certain visa regimes for the overseas tourists.

Following a nerve-crushing financial meltdown, almost all the major European and American states are desperately vying for improvising their tourism industries in order to get mammoth revenues from outer world to support their tattering economies.

It is hoped that ‘The Gathering 2013’ will play a key role in pulling a large number of visitors from different parts of the planet. If this campaign brings fourth fruits, the other European nations will also follow in its footsteps.

Tourism has always been a great source of income for both the American and European regions which are packed with both natural beauty and man-made picnic and leisure resorts.

Ireland also contains some outclass tourism destinations including The East Coast, The South Coast and The West Coast.
